課程根據英國體操協會能力評級設計，發展學員在地板和平衡木上各種跳躍、翻滾和基本體操技巧。除了體操技巧的發展，更能夠提高學員的身體協調性、力量、柔韌、爆發力、敏捷度，提升整體運動表現。

此外，6至12歲分班的學員將於為期五天的訓練營內，接觸健美體操、競技體操、技巧體操、藝術體操、跑酷等多種元素，讓學員除了能自行發掘自身潛能和興趣之餘，同時在歡樂多元化的訓練氛圍中建立紀律。

The course is designed based on British Gymnastics proficiency awards scheme to improve students’ abilities in various jumps, tumbling, and gymnastics shapes on the floor and beam. Learners’ body coordination, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and general sports performance will all improve as a result of their gymnastics skills improvement.

Students aged 6 to 12 in our five-day camp will be exposed to diverse elements including aerobic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and parkour. This allows participants not only to discover their own potential and interests, but also to cultivate discipline through fun and varied training environment.
